Marvel Studios returned to the San Diego Comic-Con in three years with a whole slew of movies and shows for the next two phases of the marvel cinematic universe. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige revealed the timeline for the next 12 Marvel titles with the phase four ending with the Black Panther sequel; phase five beginning with Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania in Feb 2023 and close with Thunderbolts in 2024. Feige also teased the upcoming Avengers movie in phase six called Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars. Together Phases IV, V, VI of the MCU will be called The Multiverse Saga.
Avengers: Endgame & Infinity War have been so far the highest grossing superhero movies ever with being the only two superhero movies to surpass $2 billion worldwide. Spiderman: No Way Home cracked the $1 billion mark and box office earnings of the latest marvel movie Thor: Love and Thunder has grossed $500 million worldwide.
