Dow futures were trading higher early morning today after unstable beginning to 2022.
Futures tied to the Dow Jones increased 27 points. Nasdaq 100 futures and S&P 500 futures were slightly changed.
Investors are ready for a big week which will include important inflation related data and a confirmation hearing from central bank Chairman Jerome Powell.
The hearings will provide important information regarding the future of monetary policy.
The Consumer Price Index (CPI) will release on Wednesday and it is anticipated to show an increase of 7.1% year-over-year. The producer price index is set to release on Thursday.
